Electrodiagnostics

An important feature of the device is the ability to perform full electrodiagnostics and assess the analysis of nerve and muscle excitability. To choose the most suitable method of therapy and rehabilitation, a specialist can check the tissue response to a stimulus (rheobase) and automatically use the device to calculate the measure of muscle excitability (chronaxia). The device performs the necessary calculations, also calculating the accommodation coefficient and the ratio, which allows determining the medical disease sign.

Home healthcare environmental therapy

The device enables therapy in the patient’s home. Although the device combines the features of several units, its maximum weight is only 6 kg. The convenient ASTAR carrying bag is designed to fit both the unit and its equipment. In addition, the device is equipped as standard with a capacious battery, which allows up to 8 hours of operation also when it is not possible to connect the unit to a power source.

Greater treatment comfort

During shockwave therapy, impulses are generated whose frequency may affect the patient’s comfort during the treatment. Sensitive people may experience discomfort during treatments especially in the case of low-frequency shocks. The pulse frequency range from 1 to 25 Hz used in Impactis M+ allows increasing patient comfort without losing the therapeutic properties of the treatment.

Higher effectiveness of treatments

The use of devices that generate a compressor pressure of a maximum value of 3 bar has a stimulating effect, however, it does not allow to achieve the complete treatment effects. To enable effective therapy of various injuries and to eliminate their causes, Impactis M+ generates a pressure of up to 5 bar. Thanks to this, the device ensures comprehensive therapy, even in the case of chronic calcification processes.

The PhysioMG is the unique device on the market that allows the use of a solenoid applicator with a diameter of up to 75 cm. This means that therapy can be carried out within a wider group of patients than before, and in combination with a new, comfortable and extremely stable couch with a headrest, it allows you to fully relax during treatments.

Maximum therapy effectiveness

The innovative technology (Dual Mode) used in PhysioMG allows the simultaneous use of two magnetic field applicators – solenoid with systemic effect and plate applicator with local effect. Using simultaneously variable therapeutic frequency in the range of 0-50 Hz, the so-called Spectrum, we obtain exceptional versatility in impact on tissues.

Noticeable magnetic field activity

A sensory indicator of magnetic field activity allows patients to feel the effects of PhysioMG through gentle vibrations during the emission of the field. A visual indicator of magnetic field activity informs about the phase of the magnetic field emission and indicates the area being treated.

Polaris HP M is a device that allows deep penetration of tissues for the treatment of problematic areas affected by pathological changes. The effectiveness of treatments carried out by Polaris HP M results from the use of a high power source with one wavelength. The above action mechanism allows obtaining a thermal effect at the site of application, which does not occur in the case of low-level laser therapy.

Modern treatment method

To maximize the potential of laser therapy, ASTAR has created and patented a special focusing DILA adapter (Deep Intratissue Laser Adapter). This advanced optical system allows the formation of a laser beam in a way that compensates for power losses in surface tissues and reduces the occurrence of a thermal effect on the skin and subcutaneous tissue, allowing precise determination of the location of the area requiring treatment.

Non-Invasive

Importantly, treatments using laser radiation are fully non-invasive. High power laser therapy is a rescue for patients suffering from chronic musculoskeletal disorders, painful inflammation of nerves and tendons, and joint degeneration. The high power laser therapy is also very popular among aesthetic medicine patients. Based on reports and scientific research, a very positive effect of high power laser therapy on fibrous cellulite has been proven.
